— Local handbook
A guide for locals
This handbook explains how Localish works for people who want to share their city. We'll expand it over time—consider this a starting point.
What makes a good list
Travellers buy lists for specificity, not breadth. Focus on a angle you know well—a neighbourhood, a type of day, a season, or a mood. Include practical details: when to go, how to book, what to skip, and why you love each place.
Pricing and payouts
You choose your price. You keep 70% of each sale; Localish retains 30% to cover platform, payment processing, and review. Payouts are weekly via Stripe once a €20–25 minimum is reached.
Messaging travellers
Buyers can reach out with questions about your list. Reply when you can—thoughtful answers build trust and lead to better reviews and repeat purchases.
Creator Terms
Before you apply, you'll need to read and agree to the Creator Terms & Conditions. Among other things, lists you publish must stay exclusive to Localish while they are live, and travellers who already bought a list keep access if you leave.
Getting started
Apply to become a local, get approved, then publish your first list. You can update it anytime as spots open, close, or change.
